Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery projects from target identification to lead optimization.
- Design and execute complex experimental workflows to evaluate drug efficacy and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacology, toxicology, and clinical development.
- Analyze large-scale biological datasets to identify trends and inform strategic research pivots.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific integrity.
- Prepare high-quality documentation and scientific reports for regulatory submissions.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and external scientific partners.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of post-doctoral or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Deep expertise in high-throughput screening and in-vitro assay development.
- Strong background in molecular signaling pathways and disease modeling.
- Proven track record of publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
- Proficiency with bioinformatic tools and statistical modeling software.
