Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex experimental workflows for novel therapeutic candidates.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to identify promising drug targets and mechanisms of action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, and regulatory affairs.
- Author high-quality technical reports, patent disclosures, and peer-reviewed scientific publications.
- Mentor junior laboratory staff and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and external scientific stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry setting.
- Proven track record of managing drug discovery projects from target validation through to lead optimization.
- Expertise in high-throughput screening and modern molecular analysis techniques.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in R, Python, or advanced statistical software packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate a matrix-structured organization.
