Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and optimization of preclinical studies for novel drug candidates
- Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC, LC-MS, and NMR platforms
- Collaborate with CMC teams to ensure scalable manufacturing processes
- Present research findings to cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior scientists and oversee laboratory compliance (GLP/GMP)
- Author regulatory submissions and scientific publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in ADME/Tox profiling and preclinical pharmacology
- Proven track record in IND-enabling studies and regulatory documentation
- Strong proficiency in pharmacokinetic modeling software (Phoenix WinNonlin)
- Experience with biologics (mAbs, ADCs) and oligonucleotide therapeutics
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
- Ability to manage complex projects with competing deadlines
