Responsibilities
- Design and execute preclinical research protocols for novel therapeutic candidates

- Lead cross-functional teams through drug development milestones from target identification to IND submission
- Prepare regulatory documentation ensuring compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows for efficiency
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in oncology therapeutics and rare disease mechanisms
- Strong proficiency in cell culture, molecular biology, and high-throughput screening
- Familiarity with GLP/GMP regulations and regulatory submission processes
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications and patent applications
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to experimental rigor
