Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical research studies in oncology and immunology
- Lead cross-functional project teams to meet critical development milestones
- Analyze and interpret high-dimensional biological data using advanced computational methods
- Prepare regulatory documentation and publications for peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory protocols
- Collaborate with CRO partners for specialized assay development
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related life science field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in drug discovery
- Expertise in cell-based assays and high-content imaging
- Proven track record with GMP/GLP compliance and regulatory submissions
- Strong statistical analysis skills (R/Python preferred)
- Publications in high-impact journals
- Fluency in English; German proficiency highly valued
