Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge preclinical studies to evaluate drug efficacy and safety profiles
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in developing novel therapeutic compounds for chronic diseases
- Analyze complex biological data using advanced statistical methods and AI-driven platforms
- Prepare regulatory documentation (IND/CTA) and ensure compliance with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of scientific excellence
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in high-throughput screening and molecular biology techniques
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Nature, Science, Cell)
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11)
- Experience with in vivo models of disease and translational research
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
