Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex in vitro/vivo experiments to validate novel drug candidates
- Develop and optimize analytical methodologies (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR) for compound characterization
- Author regulatory documentation (IND/CTD) and ensure GMP compliance in research protocols
- Present research findings to stakeholders and contribute to intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior scientists and manage laboratory resources efficiently
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends through continuous learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug discovery, pharmacokinetics, and preclinical development
- Strong proficiency with analytical instrumentation and molecular biology techniques
- Experience with regulatory submissions (FDA/EMA) and GMP practices
- Track record of high-impact publications and patent contributions
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills
