Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex pharmacological experiments and assays.
- Manage end-to-end drug discovery pipelines from target identification to lead optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including computational biology and clinical development units.
- Analyze large-scale data sets to drive evidence-based research conclusions.
- Author high-quality technical documentation, internal reports, and peer-reviewed scientific publications.
- Mentor junior research staff and foster a culture of rigorous scientific integrity.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery.
- Expertise in high-throughput screening, cell-based assays, and molecular profiling.
- Proven track record of publication in high-impact scientific journals.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software such as R, Python, or GraphPad Prism.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for stakeholders.
