Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex pharmaceutical research protocols focusing on novel drug formulations
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in translational medicine projects from discovery to preclinical stages
- Analyze and interpret high-dimensional biological data using advanced statistical methods
- Develop regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
- Collaborate with CRO partners on clinical trial design and execution
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in preclinical drug development and formulation sciences
- Proven track record in GLP/GMP-compliant laboratory environments
- Strong proficiency in bioanalytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, ELISA)
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional research projects
- Publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- FDA/EMA regulatory affairs experience
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in drug discovery preferred
