Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex experimental workflows to identify novel therapeutic targets.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to expedite the transition of candidates from discovery to clinical trials.
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring strict adherence to GLP and GMP standards.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to inform strategic pipeline decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and regulatory filings for the FDA.
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Present research findings at global scientific conferences and internal executive reviews.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D or biotechnology sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-throughput screening and modern assay development.
- Proven track record of success in drug discovery programs (IND/NDA experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in bioinformatics tools and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-scientific stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.
