Responsibilities

- Analyze large-scale experimental data using statistical software to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medicinal chemistry and clinical development teams.
- Author high-quality technical reports, patent applications, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging pharmaceutical trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery.
- Deep expertise in assay development, high-throughput screening, and mechanism of action studies.
- Proven track record of success in advancing compounds through pre-clinical phases.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis platforms (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R, or Python).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented research environment.
