Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of complex in vitro and in vivo pharmacology studies
- Develop and optimize novel drug delivery systems for biologics and small molecules
- Collaborate with CMC teams to ensure manufacturability of novel formulations
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at internal/external conferences
- Drive regulatory strategy interactions with FDA/EMA for IND-enabling studies
- Manage project timelines and budgets for assigned research programs
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven screening)
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in PK/PD modeling and translational research
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Nature, JACS)
- Experience with GLP-compliant study design and execution
- Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques (HPLC-MS, NMR, SPR)
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional drug discovery teams
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory pathways for novel therapeutics
