Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of preclinical drug development studies
- Develop novel therapeutic candidates using CRISPR and AI-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure FDA/EMA compliance
- Mentor junior scientists and publish high-impact research papers
- Optimize manufacturing processes for scalable production
- Present findings at international conferences and investor meetings
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in molecular biology, biochemistry, and high-throughput screening
- Proven track record in IND/NDA submissions and clinical trial design
- Strong proficiency with LabVIEW, Python, and statistical modeling
- Certification in GMP/GLP and regulatory compliance
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Experience with biologics and small molecule therapeutics
