Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex in vitro and in vivo assays for oncology drug targets.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to drive Go/No-Go decisions for pipeline development.
- Collaborate with medicinal chemistry teams to iterate on small molecule lead optimization.
- Author high-quality technical reports, IND-enabling documentation, and scientific publications.
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Present experimental findings to senior leadership and external research partners.
- Ensure strict adherence to GLP, GMP, and internal safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related pharmaceutical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in a biopharmaceutical research environment.
- Proven expertise in high-throughput screening and flow cytometry techniques.
- Deep understanding of drug development lifecycles from target ID to clinical candidacy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex project timelines and cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS for advanced statistical analysis of biological data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable strategy.
