Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end laboratory project lifecycles, ensuring strict adherence to GLP/GMP standards.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on advanced molecular biology techniques.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders to influence pipeline strategy.
- Collaborate with bioinformatics teams to refine candidate selection algorithms.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in cell-based assays, CRISPR, or high-throughput screening.
- Proven track record of high-impact publications or patent filings in oncology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge complex science and business goals.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as GraphPad Prism, R, or Python.
