Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of preclinical drug development studies
- Optimize compound synthesis and purification protocols

- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in high-throughput screening and assay development
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science/Cell journals
- FDA/EMA regulatory submission experience required
- Proficiency in HPLC, LC-MS, and cell culture techniques
- Validated track record of leading compounds to IND stage
