Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, and chemistry departments.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Proven track record of high-impact research publications or drug development patents.
- Expertise in high-throughput screening and modern molecular assay development.
- Deep understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-scientific stakeholders.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or relevant bioinformatics software suites.
