Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex molecular biology experiments to validate novel drug targets
- Lead preclinical research programs from concept to IND-enabling studies
- Analyze multi-omics datasets (genomics, proteomics) using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Prepare regulatory documentation and present findings to internal stakeholders
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Stay current with emerging technologies in pharmaceutical research
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in drug discovery
- Expertise in cell-based assays and high-throughput screening
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with GLP-compliant laboratory practices
- Proficiency in statistical analysis (R, Python, SAS)
- Demonstrated project leadership in translational research
