About the Role: As a Senior Research Scientist, you'll lead critical projects in our oncology and immunology divisions, designing and executing complex experiments to advance preclinical candidates. This position requires a blend of scientific rigor and strategic vision to translate research into tangible therapeutic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative research protocols for novel drug candidates
- Lead cross-functional teams in preclinical development phases
- Analyze complex biological data using advanced statistical methods
- Prepare FDA documentation and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
- Collaborate with external partners on clinical trial design
- Present findings at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical R&D experience
- Expertise in cell culture assays and in vivo models
- Proven track record in drug discovery publication
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations
- Experience with next-generation sequencing technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
