Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis plans for Phase I-III clinical trials, ensuring full compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Query and manipulate large-scale datasets using SQL and Python to extract actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop statistical models and perform rigorous data cleaning to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with biostatisticians and regulatory affairs teams to prepare study reports and regulatory submissions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within clinical data to support go/no-go decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Data Science, Biology, or a related scientific field (PhD preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical data analysis, biotechnology, or clinical research environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of statistical software packages, specifically SAS.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Deep understanding of regulatory standards (FDA, EMA) and GCP guidelines.
