Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end operational frameworks supporting 500K+ monthly transactions across 12 countries
- Lead cross-functional optimization projects reducing operational costs by 20-30% annually
- Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships for 200+ SKUs
- Implement AI-driven predictive analytics to forecast demand and mitigate operational risks
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including automation and ERP system integrations
- Mentor operations specialists through performance-based KPI tracking and career development programs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOX regulations while maintaining 99.9% service uptime
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into operational improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling operations for high-growth tech or e-commerce companies
- Expertise in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies with certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and process automation tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget forecasting
