- Drive digital transformation initiatives using AI/ML for predictive analytics
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven decision-making systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 Type II standards
- Mentor operations specialists and cultivate high-performance team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record in scaling operations for tech companies
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) and Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
