- Oversee inventory management systems across 3 distribution centers
- Coordinate crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor 5+ operations specialists through performance development plans
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in SaaS or logistics
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and WMS platforms
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling experience
- Excellent stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Ability to travel internationally 2-3 times annually
