Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure seamless inventory management and distribution.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for departmental operations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain robust ERP systems and workflow automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data analysis tools.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business priorities.
