Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing cross-functional projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Asana).
