Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance metrics
- Develop scalable systems for inventory management and logistics optimization
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decision making
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor operations specialists and foster a culture of operational excellence
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in supply chain optimization, inventory control, and logistics
- Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement methodology
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost reduction
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with track record of scaling operations
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
