Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
- Certified in Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model
