Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational strategies for global logistics and distribution networks
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across 3PL partnerships
- Lead cross-functional projects to reduce operational costs by 20%+ while enhancing service levels
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for inventory management, fulfillment, and customer delivery
- Manage a 12-person operations team through agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Coordinate crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions and compliance audits
- Optimize warehouse automation technologies and vendor management systems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in tech or e-commerce environments
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and TMS/WMS platforms
- Proven track record scaling operations across international markets with regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data-driven decision-making
- Certification in Supply Chain Operations (CSCP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-cultural operational initiatives
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred
