Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with SaaS/Tech focus
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Certified PMP or similar project management credential
- Excellent leadership skills with team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
