Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor operational workflows to ensure peak efficiency and compliance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resource allocation
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation and training programs
- Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize operational technology systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within tech or SaaS
- Proven expertise in process automation and workflow optimization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional project management abilities with track record of complex initiatives
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles and inventory control systems
