Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Workflow Excellence: Lead the end-to-end management of operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions to drive efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor a cross-functional team of operations specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Budgeting: Manage annual operational budgets with precision, ensuring cost-control measures are met while allocating resources for growth initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Utilize data analytics to monitor KPIs and Key Performance Indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure operational alignment with broader business goals.
- Crisis Management: Serve as the primary point of escalation during high-pressure situations, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Technology Implementation: Oversee the integration of new software tools and ERP systems to automate manual tasks and enhance data visibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within the tech or logistics industry.
