Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive, organized, and professional working environment.
- Executive Support: Manage the calendars, travel arrangements, and communication protocols for the C-suite executives with the highest level of discretion.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, including logistics, catering, and minute-taking to ensure seamless execution.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors, managing contracts, negotiating rates, and ensuring service quality.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in office procedures and implement efficient workflows to boost overall productivity.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and welcoming image.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
