Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics
- Coordinate executive calendars, complex travel arrangements, and high-stakes meeting logistics
- Develop and implement administrative protocols optimizing efficiency for 50+ employees
- Lead onboarding processes, creating welcoming experiences for new hires
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain strict data security protocols
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 5 years progressive administrative experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and expense reporting
