Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, including emails, presentations, and internal memos to ensure professional quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking comprehensive minutes and following up on action items promptly.
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administration or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
