- Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of critical documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, team building activities, and internal meetings.
- Oversee office supply inventory and manage vendor contracts to ensure optimal operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 4+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role.
