Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Oversee office procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships for 50+ employees
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to optimize operational efficiency
- Act as primary point of contact for HR coordination, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Prepare executive reports, financial summaries, and confidential board materials
- Supervise junior administrative staff and conduct performance evaluations
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Proven experience managing multi-location operations and international logistics
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Strong written/verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
