Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the London office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence with the highest level of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and poise.
- Coordinate logistics for team events, client meetings, and company retreats, ensuring all logistical details are flawless.
- Maintain and update office databases, filing systems, and digital records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates and scheduling interviews for junior administrative roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive company information.
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
