Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end multimedia production for major client campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and aesthetic excellence.
- Direct high-budget photo shoots, video productions, and interactive digital media projects from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and technical teams to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing initiatives.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and external vendor relations with meticulous precision.
- Mentor and guide a multi-disciplinary team of videographers, designers, and animators to foster creative growth.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, platform algorithms, and industry trends to continuously innovate content formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Media Studies, Communications, or a related creative discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in multimedia production or creative direction within an agency or entertainment environment.
- An outstanding, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, motion graphics, and digital storytelling.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and standard media workflow tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex creative projects with tight deadlines and high budgets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch ideas to executive stakeholders.
