Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, writers, and multimedia producers to deliver world-class creative work.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated 360-degree marketing and media campaigns that align with client brand strategies.
- Oversee all stages of production, from initial brainstorming and storyboarding to final design execution and launch.
- Ensure brand consistency and exceptional visual quality across all client touchpoints, including digital, video, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership, including account management and technical teams, to align creative output with business goals.
- Pitch innovative concepts and present creative directions clearly and persuasively to high-profile clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related creative field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in creative direction, art direction, or media production within an agency environment.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing a proven track record of successful, high-impact digital and multimedia campaigns.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and modern design tools.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate talent, manage workflows, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts to diverse audiences.
