Qualifications
- 8+ years in luxury retail merchandising with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through strategic merchandising
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Deep understanding of luxury market trends and consumer behavior
- BA/BS in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field required
