- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market insights to optimize product assortment

Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive merchandising experience in fashion retail
- Proven track record in inventory management and markdown optimization
- Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau preferred)
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret market trends and translate them into actionable plans
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
