- Lead cross-functional teams to execute in-store visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Monitor KPIs including sell-through rates, gross margin, and inventory turnover

Qualifications
- 8+ years of luxury retail merchandising experience with premium brands
- Proven track record in inventory management and financial planning
- Expertise in trend analysis and data-driven decision making
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
