As a key strategic partner to our Buying and Operations teams, you will oversee the end-to-life cycle of our product assortment, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time. If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and possess a keen eye for retail trends, this is your opportunity to lead the future of our merchandise strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced Sales Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to produce accurate revenue forecasts and stock-to-sales ratios.
  • Vendor & Supplier Relations: Collaborate closely with vendors to negotiate terms, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs, conducting deep-dive analyses to identify underperforming categories and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborative Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to align product placement with promotional strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in merchandise planning, retail buying, or supply chain management.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, or Oracle Retail).
