As a key member of our Merchandising Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market trends into actionable plans that balance aesthetic excellence with commercial viability. You'll leverage cutting-edge analytics to forecast demand, allocate inventory, and identify growth opportunities across our flagship stores and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop comprehensive merchandise strategies
- Plan and allocate inventory across channels to maximize sell-through and minimize markdowns
- Collaborate with Buying and Visual Merchandising teams to align product assortment with brand positioning
- Develop seasonal financial plans including OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets and margin projections
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales and profitability
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align merchandise plans with marketing and operational goals
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging retail trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of merchandise planning experience in luxury or premium retail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, JDA, or similar retail planning systems
- Demonstrated success in inventory optimization and margin management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of retail math concepts and financial planning
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
