Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandise plans across 15+ retail locations
- Analyze sales data to optimize inventory allocation and markdown strategies
- Collaborate with design teams on seasonal collection planning and product lifecycle management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Manage OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets and ensure margin targets are met
- Lead cross-functional meetings with buying, marketing, and store operations teams
- Implement inventory management systems to reduce stockouts and overstock situations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of merchandise planning experience in luxury retail
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and retail analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in margin management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic planning
