Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandise plans across multiple product categories, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and sales targets

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with buying, marketing, and visual teams to create cohesive retail experiences
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct profitability reviews for key product lines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field with 5+ years of retail merchandise management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and inventory turnover goals in multi-location retail environments
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail) and Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of fashion retail trends, consumer psychology, and omnichannel retail strategies
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
