Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail merchandising with proven track record
- Expertise in merchandise planning, inventory management, and retail analytics
- Strong understanding of fashion industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Advanced proficiency in retail planning software (e.g., Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Proven vendor negotiation experience and relationship management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Ability to travel 10-15% for vendor meetings and store visits
