Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandise strategies aligned with brand vision and sales targets
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with buying teams to curate product assortments and negotiate vendor contracts
- Manage inventory planning, allocation, and markdown strategies
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives to enhance in-store and online presentation
- Train and mentor junior merchandising staff
- Report on KPIs and present insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
- 7+ years retail merchandising experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in inventory management and retail analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Deep understanding of fashion retail trends and consumer behavior
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and margin improvement
