Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in merchandise management within luxury retail
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and margin improvement
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable merchandising plans
