Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data and market insights to optimize product assortment and inventory allocation
- Collaborate with buying teams to negotiate vendor partnerships and secure exclusive collections
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, visual merchandising, and store operations teams
- Monitor key performance metrics (GMROI, sell-through rates, inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions
- Manage merchandise budget allocation and financial forecasting for multiple product categories
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging luxury market opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of merchandise management experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion
- Proven track record of developing successful merchandise plans that exceeded sales targets
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market trends
- Exceptional negotiation skills with vendor and supplier networks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field (MBA preferred)
